Western Sky is looking for providers to add to their Advisory Committee. This is a perfect opportunity to add San Juan IPA providers to a payer committee that will have direct influence on the payer’s policies that generally transition to the Provider Manual and other required areas such as compliance. Western Sky is looking for a PCP, a specialty and a behavioral health provider to join. Please see the attachment for additional information and respond to the IPA if you’re interested in participating.

If you make any practice, degree or provider changes (i.e. business name/dba name change, address change, new providers joining/terminating, adding practice locations, name changes, etc.) you must notify the San Juan IPA in writing at least 45 days prior to the event change so that we may notify each of your contracted health plans. By not notifying the San Juan IPA in a timely manner, your office will likely experience claims denials.
