We collect, but do not share the information provided in the Contact Form.

Cookies

Joining a San Juan IPA Forum

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service (in the Forums) to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media: If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

The rules of discussion in our Forum: Please be courteous. Do not reveal confidential information, including patient information or reimbursement amounts, or potentially sensitive business operations information. 

User profile for Members

For users that register on our website we store the personal/company information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their own personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information. Administrators cannot see users passwords.
